How desperately I wish we understood what face to face means. Statistics of Americans who admit to being lonely are astounding! The problem? We intentionally or unintentionally hide from each other.
Our thoughts are too dark to be told, our hearts are too cold to express and we don’t allow our minds to go to deep places. If we must deal with connection, it may be too hard to face our realities. For many, we don’t even realize how deeply alone we feel because we don’t allow ourselves to think about it.
What if we could find a way to break through the walls, the facades, the masks? How would that look?
Can I come face to face with myself?!

Will I try?
